About Chord & Voice

A Brampton music academy built to make lessons feel personal, structured, and confidence-building.

Chord & Voice was founded by Dhruv and Pavit to give families better guitar, piano, and singing lessons in Brampton: clear structure, warm teaching, and real progress.

Co-founded in Brampton

The school started with a simple belief: students stay with music when the teacher gives them patience, clarity, and a reason to feel proud.

  • Private 1:1 guitar, piano, and singing lessons
  • Built for kids, teens, and adult beginners
  • Studio, in-home, and online options
Why we started

We saw too many kids quit music for the wrong reason.

Too many families try music, hire a random tutor, and watch the child quietly lose interest. Not because the child could not learn - because the lesson had no structure, no encouragement, and no clear next step.

Dhruv and Pavit built Chord & Voice to change that. The goal is simple: make lessons feel organized, human, and confidence-building from the very first session.

The Chord & Voice lesson standard

Beginner-friendly music lessons do not mean basic. They mean the first stage is handled properly.

The early weeks decide whether music becomes part of a student's identity or just another activity that fades. We take that seriously.

  • 1
Comfort firstStudents need to feel safe enough to try, miss, ask, and improve.
  • 2
Clear weekly directionEvery lesson should leave the student knowing what to practise next.
  • 3
Progress parents can understandThe growth should be visible, not hidden behind vague lesson notes.
  • 4
A brand families can trustBrampton first, then a larger academy standard over time.

A path, not random songs

Students know what they are building each week: comfort, coordination, songs, confidence, then bigger goals.

The teacher matters

A child usually quits because the environment feels confusing or cold - not because they are incapable of music.

Confidence before pressure

We build identity first. The goal is a student who feels proud, prepared, and willing to keep going.

A real academy standard

Chord & Voice is being built as a trusted Brampton academy, not a loose collection of tutors.
