Weekly Lessons
Students attend a consistent weekly private lesson so progress feels structured and predictable.
Monthly Membership
Monthly tuition reserves the instructor, room or lesson format, and recurring weekly time slot.
Flexible Lesson Formats
Lessons may be available in-studio, in-home, or online depending on instructor availability and location.
Beginner Friendly
Students do not need experience to start. The first goal is comfort, confidence, and a clear path forward.
Personalized Learning
Lesson plans are adjusted to the student's age, goals, pace, confidence, and instrument choice.
Performance Opportunities
Where available, students may be invited to share progress through informal recordings, showcases, or events.
Communication
Parents and students should keep contact details current and reply promptly to scheduling or billing updates.
Makeup Lesson Policy
With at least 24 hours notice, a missed lesson may be rescheduled if availability permits.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show means the lesson is forfeited because the instructor time was reserved.
Respect and Safety
Students, parents, and instructors are expected to maintain a safe, respectful, and focused lesson environment.
Photo and Video Opt-Out
Families can opt out of marketing photo or video use by notifying Chord & Voice in writing.
Fair Makeup Lesson Policy
With 24 hours notice, a missed lesson may be rescheduled if the instructor has an available opening. Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show means the lesson is forfeited.
Makeup lessons may be offered online, in-studio, or at a different available time. They are not guaranteed because weekly lesson times are reserved in advance.
Beginner-Friendly Structure
The first goal is not perfection. The goal is to help the student feel comfortable, understand the instrument, and leave with a realistic next step.
Students can start with piano, guitar, singing, or guidance on which instrument fits best.
